We use your information to communicate effectively with you in regards to your current accounting needs or potential accounting needs if you are not yet a client. Only Advantage Insights employees will contact you via text or phone call. These conversations will be limited to answering your accounting questions, asking you questions in regard to your accounting services, and requesting information including but not limited to verification codes to complete the work agreed upon in your accounting services contract.

Sharing Information

Advantage Insights will never share your information with anyone unless you specifically request Advantage Insights to do so. Your information is safe and will only be used within Advantage Insights to contact or complete your accounting services.

Advantage Insights takes a variety of physical, technical, administrative, and organizational security measures based on the sensitivity of the information we collect to protect your Personal Information against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access. By using these services, you agree that Advantage Insights is not liable for any unintentional disclosure.

Retention of Information

Advantage Insights will retain your personal information for as long as you are a client of Advantage Insights and or as long as necessary to resolve any issues. If you ever decide to discontinue our services, we will cease all contact unless you have initiated contact again.

Consent to texting employees is not a condition of any purchase or service but an option for your convenience. You can opt-out of receiving communication or further communication via text by emailing, calling or texting Advantage Insights.
