With more than a decade of experience in accounting and financial management, Karla Hammer serves as Accounting Supervisor at Advantage Insights. She brings a strong background in financial reporting, reconciliation, and revenue recognition, along with extensive experience leading accounting teams and improving financial processes.
Throughout her career, Karla has overseen the preparation and analysis of financial statements, guided budgeting efforts, and implemented systems that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and transparency. She is known for her analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and skill in building functional, data-driven reports that help organizations make informed decisions.
Karla earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bellevue University and an Associate degree in Accounting from Metropolitan Community College.
She believes in the importance of honesty, kindness, and hard work—values that shape both her professional and personal life. Outside of work, Karla enjoys cheering for her son from the bleachers and spending quality time with her family. An avid reader, she once read 100 books within a year.
