During her 7 years in the banking sector, Claire held various roles, from Teller to Assistant Manager and Learning & Development Specialist, allowing her to refine her skills in both client and employee development.

Claire’s passion for financial education and personal growth drives her work at Advantage Insights. As Business Manager, she ensures that the team has the tools and training needed to best serve clients. She leads initiatives such as personal development programs for employees, helping foster both professional and personal growth.

Claire has been married for over 3 years and enjoys spending time with her family and enjoying the outdoors with her two dogs. Working alongside her mother at Advantage Insights has been a unique and rewarding experience that she cherishes.
